Description

Space Age table lamp “Brumbury” by Luigi Massoni for Guzzini in white acrylic glass and chrome from Italy, 1970s.

  • Design: Luigi Massoni.
  • Manufacturer: Guzzini, Italy.
  • Cylindrical base in white lacquered and chrome-plated metal.
  • Two-part white acrylic glass shade with a broad lower section and a smaller dome on top.
  • Chrome-plated ring framing the upper dome.
  • Four bulbs: three beneath the lower shade and one beneath the upper dome.
  • Dual switch allowing the two sections to be illuminated separately or together.
  • The upper dome creates atmospheric light, while the three lower bulbs provide broader, diffused illumination.
  • Good overall condition with signs of age and wear and a small defect on the upper dome (see photos).
